The staff at the front desk were super helpful, especially Ivvy and Karan. They made the check-in process easy, and it felt like they genuinely cared about our comfort. The food was amazing, I had this amazing buffet during dinner that just blew me away.

It wasn't cheap by any means but it was acceptable for the quality we received.

I had a fantastic stay at Sheraton in Bangalore for five nights. The welcome was warm and felt genuine from the staff. Our driver, Mr Prakash Singh, made our journey smooth right from the airport. The reception team, especially Mr Ashish and Karan, were extremely helpful. They even helped me locate my lost jacket, which I truly appreciated. The restaurant service was excellent. Neha and Mr Gurmeet ensured we were comfortable during our meals and efficiently handled our dinner reservations. I loved the blend of Kenyan and Indian flavors in the food, especially the authentic chai. My room was the Premier Deluxe, and it was spacious and clean, but I found dust under the bed, which could have been better addressed by housekeeping. The team there, especially Manoj and Sivappa, were friendly and attentive. The gym facilities were great too, but I expected more from the spa treatment. It didn't meet my expectations, considering the price. The location was convenient, being accessible to various spots. Despite a couple of housekeeping slip-ups toward the end of my stay, the overall experience was satisfying and made me eager to return. I hope the hotel acknowledges the hard work and dedication of their outstanding staff, as they truly made my stay memorable.
